This high profile organization with strong construction & infrastructure interests in Queensland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Lead Document Controller to join their multi-disciplinary team in a permanent capacity. This is initially based in Brisbane CBD and then on-site within Queensland where you will take ownership of the Document Control function of a new large scale and long term project.
You will be a vital member of this professionally focused project team - providing support and mentoring to a team of document controllers and influencing a broad group of stakeholders. Your specific duties will include:
Database registration and maintenance of data, documents and drawings and control of the distribution to internal and external stakeholders
Management of version control, filing and correspondence processes are maintained
Provision of support, mentoring and development to internal and external stakeholders
Development of new processes and procedures in conju
