Real Estate Receptionist - Inner North
Do you want to be the face of this forward thinking modern, Real Estate franchise? Due to an internal promotion our client, a well know Real Estate Agency located in Melbourne's busy inner north is seeking a career minded Receptionist.
This is an ideal opportunity to build on your skills and have the possibility to step into either a Sales Marketing/Administrator or Property Management Career path.
You will need to be energetic, proactive, and think on your feet. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, intermediate Word and Excel skills and some previous experience in a similar role.
Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:
• Answering incoming calls and being the face of the company
• Answering general enquiries and taking details messages
• Admin support to the entire team including Property Management support
• Updating website and general word processing
• Incoming and outgoing mail
• Ordering stationary
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A current Agents Representative Certificate
- Previous Real Estate experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, immaculate presentation
- The determination & drive to succeed
- Advanced computer skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- A strong passion for Real Estate
