We are looking for an outgoing, friendly and competent receptionist to start an ongoing role asap in the Ingleburn area. Your main duties will be answering phones, taking messages, general clerical duties, mail and meet and greet. You will also need tough skin as you may get some complaints.
This role will start off on a 1 day a week basis working Mondays ongoing. Once the current receptionist goes on maternity leave we will be looking for someone to fill the role on a full time basis.
To be successfull for this role you will:
- Have previous reception / admin experience
- Have a professional phone manner
- Have experience dealing with customers and clients
- Be competent with technology and computers
- Have experience working with a switch phone
