An opportunity exists for an experienced receptionist to join this business:

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following:

• Operation of switchboard
• Organising appointments for company personnel
• Organising interstate and overseas couriers
• Logging and maintaining visitor records
• General administration duties

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must have previous receptionist experience with a role that encompasses both reception and administration functions. You will have solid skills in MS Office and a Certificate 2 in Security (Guarding) or willing to undertake a course.
