Our friendly Karratha team are looking for a receptionist to join the Branch and provide office administration support to the team.  The hours are between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.  However, these hours are flexible and could potentially be between 9am and 3pm.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Premobilisation of all candidates
  • Meet and greet candidates and clients 
  • Answering phones
  • Data entry 
  • Conducting reference checks
  • General office administration including - filing, photo copying, scanning, email management and auditing
  • Personal assistant duties to the Branch Manager

As the successful candidate you will have:

  • Experience in office adminstration
  • Pay high attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and efficiantly
  • A mature work ethic
  • Must be a current resident in Karratha
