An excellent opportunity has become available to work for a global investment bank based in the CBD. They require a savvy Executive Assistant/Team Assistant who has experience supporting large teams. Experience within the finance sector and more specifically, on the trading floor would be preferable. This temporary position starts in February and is a diverse and varied role which will provide you with an exciting challenge. This role will require you to support both the head of the department as well as the wider team. Key responsibilities in this roles will include: - Extensive diary and travel management
- Reconcile cash and AMEX expenses
- Preparing professional presentations and corporate documents
- Administrative support for the wider team
- Screening of incoming telephone calls
- Internal and external meeting organisation and management
- Typing of correspondence and composing of business letters
Successful candidates will bring with them intermediate to advanced MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Excel and Word. You will have strong communication skills (written/verbal); have the ability to multi-task and have a keen eye for detail. Successful candidates will also have a positive can do attitude.
