Conveniently located in the inner east of Melbourne, this large and highly regarded retail organisation is looking to appoint a senior Executive Assistant to provide one on one support to the CEO. You will be required to manage all financial aspects which will be a large part of the role as well as provide diary management and email management in this professional and very fast paced environment.
A particular strength in Microsoft Office will be required as you will be the point of contact for Executive level personnel. In addition you must have:
* Proven, solid experience which must come from Executive level
* Strong MS Office
* Financial management experience (experience with Quickbooks would be highly regarded)
* Time Management capabilities in a large and busy environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication as you will be liaising with numerous stakeholders
* A team orientated nature
* Tertiary qualifications of a financial nature will also be highly regarded
