Sensational opportunity to work with this highly regarded Global Resources Group based in luxurious West Perth Offices, parking provided onsite! The company's main core activities worldwide are: petroleum exploration and production, petroleum refining, marketing, supply and transportation, natural gas gathering, processing and marketing.
This is a maternity leave fixed term contract for a duration of possibly upto 14 months.
Responsibilities will encompass:
Coordination of travel and accommodation for departmental staff, visiting executives and temporary staff as needed Book and register any training or conferences including liaisons with key stakeholders Track and forecast training attendance and travel budgets Organise and oversee a variety of social events Maintaining diary entries, expense claims and screening calls for the VP Exploration Schedule meetings and organize catering SAP - raising purchase requisitions and service orders Other administrative tasks as required
The successful applicant will be able demonstrate at least 3 years experience in a varied and busy administration role along with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Applicants must be to prioritise their tasks, work well under pressure and take on any work necessary to assist the team. An advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential as is a typing speed minimum of 65-70 wpm. Exposure to SAP will be highly regarded recommended.
