Our clients Australian company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of world-class ceiling fans, lighting and accessories are seeking a motivated and experienced Internal Sales Officer to join their team.
The role will include a variety of administration and internal sales officer tasks including:
Telephone, fax & email sales: Taking orders, data entry, order fulfillment, filing and general processing as required. Marketing support: Direct advertising and promotion (product placements, advertising and other promotions) as required. Liaising with customer service, logistics, accounts receivable department. Generating and following up of Quotations Assisting customers with stock requirements and providing product knowledge, pricing and stock levels when required Dealing with architects and specifiers Liaising with distributors
To be suitable for the exciting opportunity you must have: MYOB Experience High level of accuracy and efficiency Have the ability to work in a team environment Excellent computer skills Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
Desirable but not essential: Experience in the lighting industry Experience with PRONTO
