Your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient skills in screening of emails and calls
  • Extensive diary management
  • Coordinating travel both domestic and international
  • managing expenses and invoices
  • project support
  • administrative support
  • confidence to successfully build internal and external relationships · Advanced skills in the MS Suite

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual who can build relationships with ease. You will have proven experience working in a similar role at a senior level and ideally within the Professional Services sector. Advanced skills in the MS Suite is required. This position is not for the light hearted, you will be involved, you will be challenged, and you will be rewarded by working for for a global firm who values leadership, collaboration and community.
