Talent2’s expertise in EPCM recruitment both nationally and internationally has been called upon to recruit the unique position of Engineering Manager for our client who is a leading global engineering and project delivery business specialising in the design, procurement and construction of mineral resources projects.

The purpose of the role will be to manage and direct the Engineering Group, ensuring the quality of output is in line with the needs of the customers, as well as maintaining the technical competence. The right candidate will also be focused on enhancing the reputation of the business and developing the company’s strategic plans for future projects.

You will report directly to the General Manager, providing feedback and providing support where necessary on the performance of the project design teams. Other key accountabilities will include quality assurance procedures, proposals, maintenance of records, identifying key resources, budgets and schedules. Key areas of authority are capital, overhead and project expenditure.

In return for your Engineering Manager experience and engineering expertise we are able to offer you a salary consummate with your experience. Exposure to working in EPCM in a similar capacity is a must. This is a Brisbane based, also offering a performance based bonus, opportunity to develop and relocation package where appropriate.
