Reporting into the National Reporting and Finance Manager, you will be responsible for gathering data and preparing reports for internal and external customers and stakeholders (predominantly relating to service delivery standards). To be successful in this role, you will establish and maintain strong customer relationships (with both internal staff and external stakeholders); understand the needs of both parties; identify service improvement opportunities and utilise your innovative nature to ensure that the reporting is relevant, timely, streamlined and accurate.
As the successful candidate you will bring previous experience in administration, especially with relation to data gathering and report writing; experience developing rapport with internal and external affiliates; proven organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail; a strong understanding of a service delivery environment; the ability to handle high pressure, demanding and time restricted situations. An advanced level of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential while experience using PeopleSoft will he highly regarded.
