A varied and busy opportunity is available for someone who has exposure to a broker/insurance environment within an administrative/receptionist capacity. The successful candidate will be accustomed to providing excellent customer service and to clients and colleagues. In addition to this, applicants should be forward thinking, able to anticipate and respond to the needs of stakeholders promptly and be able to deliver administrative support of the highest standard. Initiative, enthusiasm, professionalism and a proven track record in a similar capacity are all essential elements of the role. For the right candidate, opportunities beyond this initial contract period may eventuate. Responsibilities will include:- All related mail duties
- Paying bills
- Processing payments scanning
- Stationary orders
- Taking all incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Sending monthly statements
- Premium funding
- Assisting customers face-to-face
- Processing refunds
- Compiling brokers reports
- Providing support to 6 Brokers
To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate the following:- At least 12 months exposure to an insurance/broker environment
- Strong set of administration and organisation skills
- Excellent phone manner
Please note that as this is a 9 month maternity leave contract role with a view to permanency, applicants must have eligible work rights in order to be considered.
