Specialising in education, training & assessment programs for businesses in the trades industry this closely knit team is seeking to appoint an Administration Manager to coordinate all aspects of administration on a day to day basis & drive this team to success! Based in Parap this is a hands on role with a variety of tasks and you will manage all administration functions including: - Providing proactive, timely & effective support & always be "two steps ahead" of the managing director;
- Organising all training classes including booking rooms, enrolments, sending confirmations of dates, venue & other details to relevant industry/ government bodies;
- Coordinate advertising & marketing to promote activities & products of organisation;
- Liaise with current & potential clients on a regular basis;
- General office administration duties.
A strong administration background is essential along with a positive proactive attitude. You will need to be enthusiastic, display great levels of initiative & have the ability to anticipate the needs of the office. Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills is a must & you will be proficient in Microsoft Office.
