Our client is one of the world's leading publisher and information providers and they are seeking a Sales Support Administrator to support the requests of all the Field Sales Representatives. This is a fast paced role that requires someone who can multi-task and prioritises their workload Some of the duties include: - Working with Sales Support with queries in regards to delivery of marketing material
- Conduct reconciliation of customer accounts
- Working with Order Processing department in regards to changes on invoices, re-pricing, re-invoicing, credit notes and chasing reasons for outstanding orders
- Develop spread sheets for forecasting and other needs
- Develop spread sheets for forecasting and other needs
- Liaising with Regional Sales Managers and with IT Help desk where needed
- Review past customer pricing and make recommendations to account managers
- Run reports on sales history etc
- Attend monthly sales meetings
To be successful in this role you will possess: - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
- Previous experience within an Administration support position
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Previous reporting skills
- Sound knowledge of the sales process
