Receptionist/Office Assistant needed for imm start. Our Client is located in the Illawarra area. The position is front of house/first point of contact for clients and as such requires a confident, organised, enthusiastic person. There are two roles within the office being the Receptionist who reports to the Office Manager and such would at times be working alone when Manager is away from the office. Your Responsibilities - Reception duties
- Word processing
- Data entry
- Maintenance of filing system
- Petty Cash and banking
- General secretarial responsibilities
- Showroom Enquiries
Experience an Advantage but training offered - Knowledge of MYOB
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to type
- Ability to multi task
- Flexibility
- Attention to detail
Hours of work will be 8.30am to 4:30pm Monday - Wed and 8.30am to 1pm Friday. There is a possibility for part-time work just covering Thursday if suited.
