Our client, a well known national organisation within the Resources Sector is seeking a Project Administrator to cover 4 weeks annual leave. Our client is seeking a switched on, professional and intelligent candidate to fit in well with the existing team. Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Diary Management
- Booking of meetings
- Travel arrangements
- Minutes of weekly meeting
- Organising and scheduling training and inductions for new starters
- Booking of medicals as required
- Ordering of supplies including stationary
- Ordering of catering supplies as needed
- Any other administrative duty as required
