You will be performing a variety of administrative duties including liaising with internal stakeholders, assist in marketing, sit in on management meetings, inserting job card details into company CRM, debt collection, answering phones, bookkeeping and ad hoc administration tasks to assist in the smooth running of the office. Working in a busy and changing work environment, you will be adept in multi- tasking and prioritising your workload. Both professional in appearance and approach, you will display initiative and possess the ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
