Client Services Manager - IT Services

The Role
We are looking for a Client Services Manager to be the leader of our client services team. The role is extremely important to the company as our clients central point of contact for customer service enquiries and you will have two (2) direct reports.  You will also be working closely with the Directors of the company in an operational coordination capacity.

Role & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Account Management (Non Sales).
- Escalation for urgent client requests.
- High level client enquiries (Office relocation, Network Upgrades, etc).
- Accounts: Monthly & Quarterly invoicing & Monthly Direct Debit.
- Project Coordination.
- Work with internal technical management teams to satisfy client requests.
- Contracts & Various Administrative Tasks.
- Client Engagement Meetings.
- Attend Management Meetings.
- General Client Services (feedback, issue follow ups, etc).
- Office Management.

- Excellent Communication Skills (Native English speaker).
- Excellent Written Skills.
- Presents Well.
- Customer Focus and Attention to Detail.
- Must show ability to work on schedule and be on time.
- Must love multi-tasking.
  
Your technical expertise:
- Microsoft Office.
- MYOB.
  
Experience
Two (2) or more years experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Hospitality or similar is preferred.
  
Remuneration
Remuneration will be based on experience.
