As the Customer Relations Officer you will be responsible for the administration and customer service support for a sales team of 3 and your supervisor.
This is a perfect role for a customer liaison personality with a sales flair. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong administration background. They will be an efficient worker, have wonderful data entry skills, act as a great coordinator and is good with managing their workload and their own time. You must be able to manage the sales and work to deadlines!
The main responsibilities for this position include:
* Answering all phone calls * Accounts Receivable - Process payments and oversee customer accounts and payments * Accounts Payable - Using SAP, processing office invoices, MasterCard statements and handling payment enquiries/complaints * Inventory management * Banking - Processing cash and Eftpos sales, running EFT * Filing and archiving * Daily mail including the upkeep of the franking machine * Upkeep of stationary and office supplies * Taking of orders * Debit and Credit Notes
