Administration/Reception Trainee

Our client believes in investing in training to up-skill you on the job in a Certificate 4 in Business Administration and provides an environment which supports your career progression in the business world. You will be working in collaboration with a team of four. Your daily duties will include


  • Receiving and checking documentation
  • Accurate filling and maintaining of filling system
  • General administrative support as required
  • Data entry
  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries
  • Redirecting calls to appropriate work colleagues
  • Ensuring timely and accurate transfer of information with work colleagues

To be successful in this role, you will have a positive attitude, excellent presentation and a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills and of utmost importance is a professional telephone manner.


Your technical skills should include intermediate MS office program capabilities, competent data entry, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
