You will be working in collaboration with a team of four. Your daily duties will include - Receiving and checking documentation
- Accurate filling and maintaining of filling system
- General administrative support as required
- Data entry
- Answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Redirecting calls to appropriate work colleagues
- Ensuring timely and accurate transfer of information with work colleagues
To be successful in this role, you will have a positive attitude, excellent presentation and a passion for customer service. Excellent communication skills and of utmost importance is a professional telephone manner. Your technical skills should include intermediate MS office program capabilities, competent data entry, strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
