Experience Requirements:
Strong communication and relationship development skills, customer focus and a commitment to delivering results that contribute to the success of the team.
Be able to work in a confidential, fast-paced team environment;
Proficient with MS Office suite;
Knowledge of HR systems (Page Up, Oracle, SAP or similar);
Possess strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
Strong attention to detail;
Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels;
Solid background in recruitment of up to 5+yrs, preferably within the mining industry or a similar role
Degree in Business/Human Resource and previous payroll experience would be highly regarded.
